How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Covershope Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Covershope Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work done on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please understand that Covershope Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Making Your Complaint

Email contact@covershope.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
